Join us for lunch - it’s free and friendly, and open to everyone! Come be a part of our welcoming, inclusive space where everyone belongs!

Doors open at 10:30am - come early to get settled and connect with friends. Lunch is served at 11:30am, followed by social activities until 2:00pm. Stay, visit, and enjoy time with your community!

This is a place to connect, socialize, and enjoy extremely nutritious and tasty meals - lovingly prepared and served by a friendly team of volunteers. Every dish is made fresh with locally-sourced ingredients.

We also offer frozen take-home casseroles (for adults 55 and over) through our partnership with the Shuswap Food Action Society. For those who are unhoused or do not have access to cooking facilities, bag lunches are available to take away.

Each week, a local community service provider joins us to share information and answer questions - including Service Canada, CMHA Housing Outreach & Wellness Programs, the Family Centre Legal Advocate, and more.
